Kirk has over 28 years of trading experience during which he developed his investment strategy. Kirk has worked as an investment advisor and independent trader where he gained extensive knowledge of the technical and fundamental analysis of stocks, market forecasting and risk management. Kirk manages multiple portfolios for both institutional and individual accounts with diligent attention and continual analysis of fundamental, technical, market and economic trends to determine appropriate asset allocation. Away from the office, Kirk enjoys travelling, golfing, skiing and time with family.

Mr. Frager has worked in the financial services industry for over 30 years, and is certified to practice before the IRS as an enrolled agent. He has worked with large financial institutions such as Shearson / American Express, Prudential Securities and BA Investment Services, Inc., where he managed portfolios. From 2000 to 2010 he was President of his then independent RIA and Life Insurance firm Seahorse Capital, a holistic wealth management and retirement and estate planning firm. David Birkett

After graduating from U.C. Santa Barbara, David Birkett began working in the securities industry in 1994 as a financial analyst for investment banking firms Cruttenden Roth and Hambrecht Quist, respectively. His role at H&Q evolved into sales trader for a private wealth management team before the firm merged with J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank. In 2002, David joined Merrill Lynch as Senior VP, Private Wealth Advisor in the Private Banking & Investment Group (PBIG), dedicating 15 years to the firm and rising to Managing Director, managing upwards of $3BN in assets for a range of global clients.  With a 23-year foundation in finance, David was compelled to start his own private wealth firm, Bion Capital Partners, in 2017. He works closely with ultra-high-net worth individuals and family offices to develop comprehensive wealth management plans integrating trust and estate planning, investment management, concentrated stock strategies, and risk management/tax minimization solutions. As a Financial Advisor he has provided personalized service and expert advice in all the areas important to a family’s significant estate and business needs including access to private, commercial and investment banking, lending, asset management, concentrated stock strategies, financial planning, philanthropic planning, trust and intergenerational wealth transfer planning. Mr. Brydges spent majority of his career with Morgan Stanley before going independent and Founding Nautical Wealth Management in 2013.

Cardiff Capital is a partnership of talented professionals focused on real estate development and consulting services for businesses including a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) for the craft beverage industry.  Mr. Brydges has sat on numerous boards over the years including Start Up Circle, as well as Vice President of the Board of Directors of both the Parkinson’s Association of San Diego (PASD) and San Diego Chapter of the American Parkinson’s Disease Association (APDA) where he was honored as the 2010 United Way Combined Health Agencies (CHA) Volunteer of the Year in San Diego.

A graduate of San Diego State University, he received a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Economics and is also a Graduating Founder of the world’s premier idea-stage accelerator and start up launch program, the Founder Institute.

In his free time Brooks is a competitive tennis player and enjoys snowboarding, basketball, and traveling to remote destinations around the world surfing. You can often find him spending time with his family, Golsa, Gavin, Brooklyn and Jordan at the world-renowned beaches right here in Encinitas.

Kozen Tsukamoto believes his past six years managing clients’ retirement portfolios and twenty years of analytical and project management experience in the aerospace industry are an ideal foundation for his work as a financial advisor. He is also experienced in owning and managing residential real estate.

His philosophy in advising his clients is based on an understanding of their needs, suitability, current and upcoming economic and market conditions, retirement law, and using the best available resources and technology available.
